Delivery
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.
Delivery will usually be made to the payment cardholders address unless you specify otherwise. Deliveries to an alternative address may be subject to additional validity checks prior to despatch.
Whilst we endeavour to despatch orders received prior to 3pm on the same day (subject to availability of goods) we cannot guarantee delivery on that day and we do not accept liability if the delivery is made outside of the estimate timescale given.
Delivery timescales will vary depending upon the type of products ordered. Furniture and equipment and Special Orders can take up to 6 weeks to deliver.
Items out of stock will be despatched as soon as the stock becomes available. Our Online Support Team will be able to advise you as to the progress of your order.

Deliveries by courier require a signature on delivery. Orders cannot be left without being signed for.
Delivery times are given in good faith. Sallyexpress.com accepts no responsibility or liability for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late or delayed delivery.
Delivery Costs
Within the UK mainland, the cost is £4.74 (inc vat) for orders less than £75 (inc vat). All orders over this value have FREE delivery (for online customers only).
Packaging
All of our products are carefully packaged to ensure that they reach you in great condition. In the unlikely event of your order arriving with the box/ packaging damaged/ interfered with in any way please refuse delivery and notify us immediately so that we can put matters right.
Claims for Shortages / Damages
Every order is double checked for accuracy before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event of your order arriving with anything missing or damaged we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of being signed for so that we can investigate and put matters right.
