Delivery

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.

Delivery will usually be made to the payment cardholders address unless you specify otherwise. Deliveries to an alternative address may be subject to additional validity checks prior to dispatch.

Whilst we endeavour to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability if the delivery is made outside of the timescale given.

Deliveries by courier require a signature on delivery. Orders cannot be left without being signed for. 

We cannot accept liability for any costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Delivery costs

Within the UK mainland, the cost is £3.75 (+vat) for orders less than £100 in total (ex vat total). All orders over this value have FREE delivery.

Items that are awaiting stock are usually dispatched within 3 days and we will keep you updated by e-mail. Please Note: Items that state "Special Order Only" can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. If you need any further information please call us on 0845 601 4861 and be ready to quote your order number.

Packaging

All of our products are carefully packaged to ensure that they reach you in great condition. In the unlikely event of your order arriving with the box/ packaging damaged/ interfered with in any way please refuse delivery and notify us immediately so that we can put matters right.

Claims for Shortages/ Damages  

Every order is double checked for accuracy before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event of your order arriving with anything missing or damaged we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of being signed for so that we can investigate and put matters right.
