2 Registration

2.1 If you have a Salon Services professional card you can register with www.sallyexpress.com and buy products at our trade prices

2.2 If you want to apply for a Salon Services professional trade card you can collect an application form from your local store.

2.3 To register with www.sallyexpress.com you will be asked to enter your details including your trade card number.

2.4 Once you have submitted your details and they have been accepted by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your account with us. You will be able to use your password and your e-mail address to login to purchase our professional products.

2.5 All products available to our trade card customers are intended for qualified professional beauty therapists, nail technicians and hairdressers only and are for sale on a strictly business to business basis. Trade card customers should be competent in using the products purchased. www.sallyexpress.com will not be held responsible for any injury or damages in unqualified users of our products. Trade card customers are responsible for insuring that they are insured for using the products purchased from www.sallyexpress.com

2.6 www.sallyexpress.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions of your professional trade card.

3 Prices

3.1 It is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free. There may be occasions when prices differ from your previous order(s). We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Where there is an obvious typographical error with a price, we reserve the right, at our option, to either correct the error and charge you the correct price at the time of receiving the order or to cancel your order.

3.3 All 'Retail' prices include VAT. All 'Trade' prices exclude VAT.

3.4 Delivery charges may apply. Please refer to our Delivery Terms.

3.5 Promotions and prices you see in this website are not necessarily available at Sally Salon Services stores and vice versa

Meaning of VAT Free (trade sales only)

All prices displayed on the web have already been reduced by the VAT Free saving. Therefore the end price you will pay will be the original price excluding VAT. This will be shown in your basket as the reduced price (Net Price) plus VAT.

Example

Original Price excluding VAT = £99
Original Price including VAT = £118.80

Therefore the VAT free saving will be £19.80. You will pay £82.50 +VAT = £99

VAT free Price excluding VAT (Including the VAT Discount) = £82.50

VAT free Price including VAT (Including the VAT discount) = £99

4 Availability

We aim to hold all products in stock at all times. However, sometimes a product might prove more popular than we expected and therefore there may be occasional delays. If so, we will deliver the stock which is available and will deliver the remaining stock as soon as it becomes available.

5 Ordering and Acceptance

5.1 All orders will be subject to our acceptance of the order.

5.2 You consent to us notifying you via your email address provided on registration about your order.

5.3 When you submit your order you will receive an automatic return email notifying you when we have received your order.

5.4 Your order will be accepted by us when we despatch the goods to you.

6. Cancellation

6.1 Prior to despatch cancellation will only be accepted on the following terms:

· A handling charge equivalent to 10% of the price of goods will be applied to all standard items.

6.2 Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted.

6.3 Please refer to our Returns Policy for our cancellation terms for our retail customers only.

6.4 Please notify us immediately via email on ukmailorder@sallybeauty.com if your order is incorrect or if you wish to cancel your order.

8.1 The entire content of this website including but not limited to images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs and written materials is subject to copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights which are owned or controlled by or licensed to Sally Salon Services Limited.

8.2 You may only download or copy the materials on the website for the purpose of ordering goods from this website, but you are not entitled to copy, reproduce, transmit, display in public, create derivative works from or otherwise commercially exploit such materials

9 Liability and Limitations

9.1 Our total liability for any claim for loss or damage arising from the use of this website or any information contained in any of the materials on this web site or as a result of purchasing any products from this website, shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the relevant order.

· Incorrect installation by the customer
